1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and qu89 (hereinafter referred to as "qu89", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the qu89 online gaming platform, available at https://qu89.cam.

qu89 operates as an English-language online gaming information and gaming platform serving users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of qu89, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any part of the Platform, completing a registration, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You are of legal age as required by your jurisdiction, and no less than 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is permitted under applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible.

4 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the qu89 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licence conditions. Age verification is mandatory. qu89 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Users in Pakistan are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws before participating.
• Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not a self-excluded person: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from qu89 or any related gaming platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to register or access the Platform.
• Excluded categories: Employees of qu89, its operators, affiliates, software providers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

5 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, Users must register for an Account. The following conditions apply:

• Each User may only hold one Account. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of funds and account closure.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You must promptly update any information that changes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qu89 accepts no liability for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify qu89 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• qu89 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion.

6 Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

qu89 is committed to operating responsibly and in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. As part of this commitment:

• qu89 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time, including before processing any withdrawal request.
• Acceptable identity documents include government-issued identification such as a valid CNIC, passport or other documents as specified during the verification process.
• Proof of address and source of funds documentation may also be required where applicable.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by qu89 may result in suspension of the Account or withholding of withdrawal requests pending completion of verification.
• All documentation submitted is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7 Deposits & Payments

The following terms govern deposits to your qu89 Account:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method that you own and are legally authorised to use.
• qu89 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit traced to a third-party source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of deposit. These limits are subject to change.
• Payment method names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar options for Pakistani users only. Their availability as active deposit methods depends on current operator configuration and must be verified in the cashier at the time of use. These providers do not endorse qu89 or gambling activity.
• qu89 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits are credited in the currency denomination supported by your Account.

8 Withdrawals

The following terms govern withdrawal requests from your qu89 Account:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that matches the identity on your registered Account and has been verified through the KYC process.
• Withdrawals to methods that differ from your deposit method may require additional verification steps at qu89's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal request involving Bonus Funds or related winnings can be processed.
• qu89 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to verification requirements, payment processor timelines and other factors.
• qu89 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests of any amount.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers on qu89 are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called rollover) that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20× requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets — this figure is illustrative only.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While a bonus is active, bets exceeding a specified maximum per round (e.g., PKR 500 per spin) may void the bonus. Always check the individual promotion terms for the applicable limit.
• Game contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from activation. Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Abuse prevention: qu89 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or claw back any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, multi-accounting or systematic exploitation of promotions is detected.
• Amendment and withdrawal: qu89 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

10 Gameplay Rules

The following general gameplay rules apply across the qu89 Platform:

• All games on qu89 are governed by individual game rules which are available within each game's information panel. Players are responsible for understanding applicable game rules before placing real-money wagers.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits per game are set by the game provider and displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during gameplay, bets already placed and confirmed by the Platform will stand. qu89 is not liable for losses resulting from internet or device failures on the User's side.
• In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect payout display, qu89 reserves the right to void any affected bets and correct the error. No payment obligation arises from a display error.
• Sports betting decisions by qu89 operators — including settlement of markets, cancellation of events and void bets — are final, subject only to the applicable dispute resolution process.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qu89 Platform. Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension, termination and forfeiture of balances pending investigation:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way that circumvents fair play;
• Exploiting errors, glitches or system malfunctions in games or platform systems;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements while technically complying with them;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing qu89 staff or other users.

12 Responsible Gambling

qu89 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gambling provisions form part of these Terms:

• Users may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits through their Account settings. These tools are available at any time.
• Users may request a cooling-off period or temporary account suspension at any time by contacting support. Such requests will be processed promptly.
• Users may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. qu89 will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion once activated.
• qu89 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any Account found to be operated by a person under the legal minimum age will be closed immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• Gambling should be entertainment only. Never chase losses and never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the qu89 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game titles, software, interfaces, design elements and databases, is the property of qu89 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, modification or distribution of Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Framing or embedding the Platform in any third-party website or application;
• Commercial use of any Platform content without explicit written authorisation from qu89.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• qu89 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• qu89 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform at all times.
• qu89's total liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
• qu89 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• qu89 is not responsible for any losses arising from: a User's reliance on information provided on the Platform; failure of third-party payment services; unauthorised Account access due to User negligence; or compliance with applicable local gambling laws.

15 Account Termination & Suspension

qu89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive behaviour is suspected or confirmed;
• A User has provided false identity or payment information;
• A User is found to be below the minimum eligible age;
• Continuation of the Account poses a legal or regulatory risk to qu89;
• A User requests voluntary closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination for cause, qu89 may withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Balances in Accounts closed for regulatory or fraud-related reasons may be forfeited. Real-money balances in Accounts closed at the User's own request will be returned subject to completion of applicable KYC and withdrawal processes.

16 Amendments to These Terms

qu89 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, qu89 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via the Platform or by email to the registered address on file.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 15.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qu89 holds its applicable operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact qu89's customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through the dispute resolution process specified by the applicable regulatory authority in qu89's operating jurisdiction.
